Fraud Detection

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our Live Chat support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to their completion. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Dormant Account Policy

A monthly dormant account maintenance fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fg66vip and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform

Player Responsibility
